01.-02.10.2009 8th European IP Master User Conference We are pleased to announce that this year's IP
Master User Conference will take place
from October 01. – 02. In Titisee / Neustadt at the Maritim Hotel
Titisee. All users will receive individual invitation and registration
documents. The venue of the 2009 user conference is located approx. 35 minutes
by car or train from Freiburg in the heart of the Black Forest. Detailed
travel information will be provided to all registered participants together
with the conference agenda. We welcome all users to join us for an
interesting program in a scenic location ideally suited for a productive
meeting.
06.10.2008 Thomson IP Manager Workshop From October 06. - 07 our introductory workshop for the
new Thomson IP Manager will take place in Freiburg. We will present the new
functionality and new possibilities and provide insite into the future
development. All
users will receive individual invitiations.
15.06.2008 IP Master User Meeting this year in the U.S.A. This years IP Master Users Conference will take place in
Southfield, MI in the U.S.A. from June 15 through 18. After having our
European User Meeting in 2007 in Freiburg all users are invited to joins us
for an interesting program in the Somerset Inn in Troy, MI. All users will be
notified later individually.
06.03.2007 IP Master User Conference This year's European IP
Master User Conference has been scheduled from September 17 until
September 18. It will take place at the Rheingold Hotel in Freiburg, Germany.
All
users will receive a personal invitation later.

17.07.2006 Seminar CAI Computer Aided Innovation - Intelligent
Patent Docketing On July 17, 2006 we will organise a seminar at Hotel
Rheingold together with our partner infoapps GmbH the manufacturer of Info
Patent. We will inform about newest technologies in the
field of: - Management of own IP rights using IP Master Further topics are automatic searches, free
downloads of patent information (bibliogrphy, PDF files, images, full text),
simple distribution of patent information as well as automatic survey of

15.05.2006 IP Master Training in Graz An IP Master training for advanced users will be
held on May 15 in Graz. The venue for this training will be Hotel Courtyard
in A-8141 Unterpremstätten, Austria. The training will cover data entry
and modification in patents and trademarks, the rules and creation of
reports. Please call if you would like to register for this
course.
20.01.2006 IP Master User Conference This year's International
IP Master Client Conference has been scheduled from June 12 until
June 15. It will take place in the Somerset Inn in Troy, Michigan. All users will
receive a personal invitation later.

published. Problems with empty lines which appear in case large reports are
printed with the content of many fields should be fixed with this release. To receive the correct version for your PC Master

13.01.2003 Software Maintenance for the Annuity Service As part of the ongoing software maintenance of PC
Master an update was distributed to all Annuity Service clients. This Update
makes sure that all data transferred will be interpreted correctly in future. For PC Master version 3.03.xx you may downlaod the
update fom here. For PC Master version 3.04.xx you may download the
update fom here. The file downloaded from here replaces after
decompression the file on your system with the same name.
30.12.2002 Migration Preparations from PC Master to IP Master After IP Master has successfully been introduced in
the market, existing installations of PC Master will gradually be migrated
during the course of the year 2003. To prepare this migration we currently
ship comprehensive information together with a questionnaire to our clients.
For our planning, please return this questionnaire to us at your earliest
convenience. You may download this questionnaire from here.
07.07.2002 Registration closed for the European User Meeting in
Sptember 2002 Based upon additional requests for registration for
the user meeting of this year, we have raised the maximum number of
participants. In the mean time we have now reached the capacity limits of the
location choosen and can no longer accept additional registrations.

04.04.2002 New Training Courses for 2nd and 3rd Quarter For the 2nd and 3rd quarter of 2002, new training
courses have been scheduled. Migration courses from PC Master to IP Master
have been re-scheduled for the 3rd quarter. Here you may find more information.
18.03.2002 New Classification of Goods and Services The international classification of goods and services
has changed. New classes have been added and the existing classes have been
revised. PC Master provides a table of services and goods in
the trademark module that you can use when creating cases in this module. The
content of this table should be revised by downloading the file provided here. Please save the file to
disk on your computer and decompress the content. Utilize the standard
password for use of the administrator module for decompression. Thereafter,
please load the file within the administrator with the option DELETE &
ADD. After this, you will see the new table of services
and goods under File - Open - Goods. If you have any questions or problems, please call

now been scheduled. Based upon our client's request, we offer introduction
courses now split into patent and trademark seminars. You may book effective
immediately introduction seminars according to your specific needs. Here you may

14.01.2002 IP Master Release 1.0 now available After development of the basic release of IP Master
has been finished, the successor of PC Master is now available as a first
production release 1.0. The basic version contains the functionality of PC
Master with additional information calculated for annuities paid in the past
and expected in the future. In the trademark module the history of past
renewals will be calculated automatically based upon historic rules. Here you will find more information in future. All clients with a valid maintenance contract will
receive IP Master together with a suggested migration date at no charge.
26.10.2001 PC Master Users Conference rescheduled After the tragic events of September 11, 2001, the PC
Master Users Conference has now been rescheduled for 21. to 24. April 2002.

18.09.2001 PC Master Users Conference cancelled After the attacks against US installations and
expected problems with air travel to and from the
03.08.2001 IP Master Beta 4 now available The probably last beta release of IP Master, the
successor of PC Master is available from now on for those clients who signed
up for the test program of IP Master. If you did not already receive the new
version or if you would like to embark on the beta test program, please
contact us by telephone or send e-mail to info@is-fr.com.
23.07.2001 Additional Training Courses for PC Master Due to continuous requests, you will find additional trainings scheduled in October in English language and new trainings in

17.07.2001 IP Master Beta 3 now available A new release of IP Master is available to those
clients, who signed up for testing the new generation software. This new
release should show more stability, improved performance and allow rules
calculations for patent and trademarks. The migration tools in this release
allow transfer of a client's customisation to IP Master. Please contact us at info@is-fr.com, if you would like to receive this release on
CD-ROM.
29.06.2001 New Trademark Rules available Effective today new trademark rules for the second quarter
2001 are available. They replace the old rules from first quarter 2001. Rules
as well as a description of the changes can be downloaded from this website.
20.06.2001 Internet based Support now available We are pleased to offer Internet based support using
WebEx technology. Support sessions can be targeted to all computers linked to
the Internet. Any question, problem or other issue where we need to verify a
reported problem on your computer can be subject to a support session using
an Internet connection. Support sessions will be scheduled in agreement with
our clients.
15.06.2001 Internet based Training through WebEx technology Since June 15, we are pleased to offer Internet
based training sessions using WebEx technology. Training sessions take one
hour at a fixed rate for all types of training sessions. The number of
participants is limited to five. Training sessions can be joined after they
have been scheduled with us and a password to take part in a session has been
